Black Wall Street's goal is to become the preimenent source to acquire Government Contracts throught Contract
Management and Contract Administration. We are forming several teaming initiatives to pursue Federal Government Opportunities
for acquisitions limited to small businesses and SEDBs including: 8(a), SDBs, Veteran Owned, Woman Owned, Minority Owned small
businesses and SDVOBs. The combined total ceiling amount for all Task Orders is $2 billion over a 10 year period (base
and options).
We have recently learned from a very reliable source within the agency that the RFP is projected to
be released within the next week or two, with an anticipated award date of October 2010. Additionally, the Agency will
make multiple awards, and has set a goal of 60% of the awards being to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SDVOBs).
Task Orders may be fixed price (FFP), cost reimbursement, or time and material (T&M)/labor hour; or any combination of
these.

(VOB) that meets all of the requirements of the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003 (Public Law 108-183) and Federal Acquisition
Regulation (FAR) Part 19. Our Corporate offices are located in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition, a member of our
staff has extensive experience and expertise with the procuring agency and has worked at the Agency at a Senior-level capacity,
and has won several hundred $million in opportunities with the Agency as a contractor.Task areas for this upcoming contract

professional service contracting, including new areas of support services contracting which may emerge during the life of
the contract.
