Norman L. Pringle Chairman and Founder Norman Pringle is President and Chief Executive Officer.  His experience includes service in the United States Navy and Naval Reserves for fifteen years, excelling in the Supply and Distribution Field where he learned intricate details of the procurement process. Mr. Pringle is a respected businessman and a highly regarded speaker. His corporate, military and entrepreneurial experiences are the cornerstone for his diverse knowledge in management related disciplines.  He served as Controller of Sunbelt Business Advisors where he executed a complete turnaround in the financial position of the largest business brokerage franchise resulting in profitability for the first time in the company’s history leading to a strategic sale of the company.

Harold Causby VP, Sales and Marketing Mr. Causby serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing bringing a vast amount of experience to this venture. Educated at DeVry University where he earned his Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Mr. Causby served as sales and marketing director for Strikeforce Marketing, ACN and Enagic, Inc before joining Black Wall Street. His credentials include 20% average annual increase in sales, nine years of team building, sales team manager for Midwest and Southeastern divisions and 40% increase in sales force personnel. An expert in strategic sales, team building and training, Mr. Causby was a contributor to the most significant program development efforts in Strikeforce Marketing history. He served two tours of duty with the U.S. Army during his more than six years of active service. He remains actively involved with Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Atlanta and resides in Atlanta, Georgia

Sonya Grimball VP, Human Resources Mrs. Grimball serves as V.P of Human Resources and brings a vast amount of experience from the telecommunications industry. She worked at Verizon, formerly GTE for 18 years, her experience includes sales, billing & auditing, coaching, revenue forecasting, management, training, system implementation, and contract administration. She served as a member of The Consortium of Information and Telecommunications Executives (CITE), an organization that represents more than 35,000 African American employees of Verizon. Prior to moving to Georgia, Sonya was a member of the NAACP in California where she served on the Events Committee as an Event Coordinator. Sonya is a licensed Realtor in Georgia and California. Sonya received a bachelors’ degree in Business Management and a master’s degree in Organizational Management with a concentration in Human Resources.
